Initial Assessment
As a first step, we will discuss with you your circumstances, and what you hope to achieve. We'll then advise you of your options, and set out a plan for going forward. This is a collaborative process, where we work together with you to ensure that you fully understand the application requirements, and the process involved. You'll then be better equipped to make the right decision for you.
Fixed Fees agreed upfront - there are no surprises
We will advise you of all costs involved with the application before we start the process. You will be fully informed of our fees, the application lodgement fee payable to the Department of Immigration & Border Protection (DIBP), as well as estimated additional costs that may be payable to third parties, such as for a medical examination, skills assessment, police check, health insurance and English language testing.
Flexible payment plans
Our fees can be paid by instalments, or as a lump sum, whichever method is preferable for you. This is all agreed to upfront, before we start your application, so that you know exactly what amounts are payable and when they are due.
Comprehensive Service
Preparing and lodging your application with the DIBP is just one step in the process - there may be a number of additional requirements that you will need to satisfy for the application. For individuals, this can include health and character checks, skills assessments, English language requirements and medical examinations. For businesses seeking to sponsor workers, this can involve evidencing training requirements have been satisfied. We will guide you through each of these steps as they apply to your application.
Dedicated Agent working on your case
Your case will be managed by a Registered Migration Agent who is dedicated and passionate about helping you to achieve your Australian immigration goals. They will be with you throughout the application process, starting from the initial consultation and advice stage, right through to a decision being made on your application by the DIBP. Your Agent will be readily accessible and will communicate with you regularly throughout the application process.
Decision-Ready Applications
Our preference is always to submit a complete application with the DIBP, so that all information/documents required to make a decision on the application are provided. There can be times when an application must be lodged with some documents still outstanding (due to, for example, a visa expiring). There can also be instances where the DIBP can still come back with questions, or require further information/documents to be submitted. However it is best practice, and our policy, to lodge decision-ready applications wherever possible.
