All Migration Services

We provide a comprehensive service to our clients, from advice stage right through to a decision being made on the application by the Department of Immigration & Border Protection (DIBP).

 

We will guide you though each requirement applicable to your application, which can include health and character checks, course selection, English language testing and skills assessment. You will receive a comprehensive list of documents which you will need to provide as part of your application, and we will also provide instructions and assistance to have documents translated and certified, as required.

 

We will represent you in dealings with the DIBP, and keep you updated on developments as we receive them. We will also follow-up with the DIBP and other relevant bodies, as and when required.

We deliver a streamlined service from start to finish. Each step in our process has been developed to ensure an efficient, thorough and well-organised 'journey' for each application. Each application which we prepare undergoes a rigorous and extensive review; progress is continually reviewed and communicated to our clients.

Meet, Greet, Assess & Advise

As a first step, we'll discuss with you your circumstances and what you hope to achieve. We will then assess your eligibility for relevant visas, or if you are a business, whether your qualify for Employer Sponsorship or Nomination. We'll advise you of your options, including all costs involved in preparing and lodging the application. We will also explain the obligations that come with each application.

Gather, Prepare, Review & Approve

Once you decide to proceed with the application, we will provide you with a list of documents and information we will need to prepare your application. We'll also provide you with instructions for obtaining relevant documents that need to accompany the application. Once complete, we will send to you a draft application to review and approve for lodgement with the Department of Immigration & Border Protection (DIBP).

Lodge, Represent, Monitor and Update

Upon your approval, we will lodge the application with the DIBP. We will record the expected approval date (based on DIBP expected processing times) and continue to monitor your application within these guidelines. Any communication received from DIBP will be addressed and advised to you. We will also follow-up with the DIBP if a decision is not notified within expected timeframes.

Notify, Plan and Advise

Once a decision on the application is received from the DIBP, we will notify you, and explain the conditions attached to your visa/business sponsorship approval. If the decision is unfavourable, we will re-assess your circumstances, advise your options  and plan a course of action with you going forward.
